To our wonderful friends and family, we are so excited to celebrate our marriage with you on October 12, 2024! Please find information below on booking your room for the wedding.

All guests are recommended to stay at the Bavarian Inn, as this is where all wedding events will be hosted (all events are under a 5 min walk from guest rooms).

We have the entire Inn for the wedding, but rooms are limited within each category and are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Please reserve your room as soon as possible to secure your preferred room type. Additionally, please note that these reduced rates are locked in only from now until September 12th.

The room block is for both Friday, October 11 and Saturday, October 12. Check in is at 4pm. We will be having a casual welcome party on Friday evening and welcome everyone to come and join us!

To reserve a room please call the Bavarian Inn at 304-876-2551 and reference the Dickerson-McVey wedding. Online reservations are unavailable, as rooms are available to wedding guests only at this time.

King Sized Bed Room Options:

Potomac View Premier (PVP) $330 per night

Located in our Chalets overlooking the Potomac River, the room features a Private Balcony with Views of the Potomac, a King-Sized Bed, Sitting Area, Gas Fireplace and Whirlpool bath.

Potomac View Lower Level (PVLLP) $290 per night

Same as Potomac View Premier (listed above), but with 27 steps down to the room due to the way the chalets are built into the side of the hill.

Manor View Premier (MVP) $255 per night

Located in our Schwarzwald Building with a view of The Grey Stone Manor and the Inn's Grounds. Featuring a Small Private Balcony or Patio, a King Size Bed, Sitting Area, Gas Fireplace and Whirlpool Bath.

Manor View Standard (MVS) $230 per night

Located in our Schwarzwald Building with a view of The Grey Stone Manor and the Inn's Grounds. Featuring a Small Private Balcony or Patio, King Size Bed, Sitting Area.

Two Queen Sized Beds Room Options:

Potomac View Premier Double (PVPD) $285.00 per night

Located in one of our Chalets overlooking the Potomac River. Featuring a Private Balcony with views of the Potomac, Two Queen Size Beds, and a Sitting Area, Gas Fireplace, and Whirlpool bath.

Potomac View Standard Double (PVSD) $285.00 per Night

Located in one of our Chalets overlooking the Potomac River. Featuring a Private Balcony with views of the Potomac, Two Queen Size Beds, and a Sitting Area and Full-Sized Bathroom

Handicap Accessible Option:

Manor View Handicap Accessible (MVHDC) $255 per night

Located in our Schwarzwald Building with a view of The Grey Stone Manor and the Inn's Grounds. These rooms are located on the first floor and offer ease for those with physical challenges. Featuring a Small Private Patio, a King Size Bed, Sitting Area, Gas Fireplace, and Whirlpool Bath and shower.

Suite Option:

Potomac View Junior Suite: $430 per night

The Potomac View Junior Suite is a two room, adjoining suite located on the bottom floor of one of the chalets overlooking the river (so the suite does have 27 steps down to it) and includes a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and private balcony in one room, and a separate sitting area with two pull out sleeper sofas and private balcony in the next room.
