Where do I stay?

The Bavarian Inn is located at 164 Shepherd Grade Rd, Shepherdstown, WV 25443.
How do I make my room reservation?
Please call the Bavarian Inn and reference the McVey-Dickerson wedding. Online reservations are not available as all rooms at the Inn are blocked off for the wedding. Phone number: (304) 876-2551.
Is transportation needed?
That is what's so convenient about the Bavarian Inn! The ceremony and reception are just steps away from the chateaus where everyone in the wedding will be staying. No additional transportation is needed for the wedding.
Is parking available?
Yes, complimentary parking is available at the Bavarian Inn. There is a large parking lot outside of the Inn.
What are the details of the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner?
The wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner are limited to the wedding party + their guests. This will be hosted on Friday, October 11 from 5-7:30 p.m. in the Bavarian Inn Courtyard and Potomac Room. All wedding guests are welcome to attend the following welcome gathering in the Potomac Room and Bavarian Inn Lounge starting at 7:30 p.m.
